For many years, I was a promotions manager for United Artists, Arista, Chrysalis and other record labels where I worked with scores of internationally famed artists. Then, for more than two decades, I managed iHeartMedia's many Houston radio websites, including 94.5 The Buzz, 93.7 The Beat, and SUNNY 99.1.
After retiring from iHeart in 2022, I called on skills developed in an earlier career as a radio personality and began working as a voiceover artist. Then, recalling the past enjoyment of occasionally appearing as a film extra, I took on a few jobs as a background performer as well.
In 2023, I started landing speaking roles in on-screen projects, including the upcoming features "Dark Summer," "The Little Girl" and "Daddy's Weeper," in addition to the shorts "Sincerely, Brad," "The Big Slip," and the award-winning "Collect Call," among others. I also appear in recent commercials and training videos for the Texas Department of Public Safety, RodeoHouston's World Championship Bar-B-Que Contest, the University of Texas Athletics Department and more. As a voiceover artist, I'm heard on many projects, including trailers, animated films, and in a TV commercial for Casper Mattresses. I'm also featured in scores of social media ads.
My wife, Leslie, and I have been Houston residents for decades.
Here's a look at some of my stuff.
